This is an awesome mp3 set. Well this post its self only has the short relaxation mp3. You can use it alone, but it’s really meant to be used with the next one I will be adding later on.
Why do *i* like this meditation sooo much? Well for one I’m not *nobody*, but I am a body that has a real hard time with meditating. Everything wants to twitch & itch and whenever I do get calmed down, settled and totally relaxed, the dogs bark, the cat knocks something over. You name it. Then usually… I wind up falling asleep.
This first mp3 included in this post is a little over 6 minutes long. Once you get the other one and play them back to back, the recordings are set up so that there is NO noticable break between the two. That is probably because i purchased the cd and ripped it to my computer so i could use it on my laptop because my mp3 players’ charger got destroyed accidentally.
There was something about the cd that scared me. I’d never worked with my chakra’s before.. what would happen? I didn’t know and I hadn’t done any research… at all.. I did last night though.. AFTER I used the mp3’s lol – Coz things happened and I had some questions! And I will get into that later :)~
