and.. an OMG. OVER 40 MINUTES!! Please enjoy, on my dime. I love this, cant say enough positive things about this mp3.

I had to share this second part faster , than i had intended. piss on 3 times a week updates.. people dont want more than that. well if your in dire need, like i was. your gonna want it as soon as you can get it. sooo here it is. i absolutely love this 2 mp3 set. and just so ya know, i had this shipped from London a few years ago. ripped it to my laptop so i could listen to it on it. which i never did coz i was afraid of it. but please, if you are feeling stressed at ALL take the plunge and do this. dont put it off like i did. fear not. its an awesome meditation. follow along and before you know it. your going to be on the way to some powerful healing. within. and with out. This is really powerful. I am so glad i just gave in to any inhibitions and just went for it. I love things, that provide a bit of excitement and this certainly does and  my ONLY hope is that you will share this with anyone you care for, that could use this.

This is an awesome mp3 set. Well this post its self only has the short relaxation mp3. You can use it alone, but it’s really meant to be used with the next one I will be adding later on.

Why do *i* like this meditation sooo much? Well for one I’m not *nobody*, but I am a body that has a real hard time with meditating. Everything wants to twitch & itch and whenever I do get calmed down, settled and totally relaxed, the dogs bark, the cat knocks something over. You name it. Then usually… I wind up falling asleep.

This first mp3 included in this post is a little over 6 minutes long. Once you get the other one and play them back to back, the recordings are set up so that there is NO noticable break between the two. That is probably because i purchased the cd and ripped it to my computer so i could use it on my laptop because my mp3 players’ charger got destroyed accidentally.

There was something about the cd that scared me. I’d never worked with my chakra’s before.. what would happen? I didn’t know and I hadn’t done any research… at all.. I did last night though.. AFTER I used the mp3’s lol –  Coz things happened and I had some questions! And I will get into that later :)~
