The Basics Of Candle Magick. A guide.

Consecrating your candles: If you are going to use a candle, before you do, you should focus for a moment or two on your intent. You should charge your candle. Call on deity and draw in energies from the universe. You should feel, in your hand, the candle pulsating as though it’s a heart beat you feel in your hand. Play with this feeling, know it’s right. You may get side-tracked thinking it’s just your grasp. Tighten the grip, loosen it, it doesn’t matter how tightly or how loosely you hold the candle.
